Signed books and personalized items are non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically for you​
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include:

If your item is received damaged, please contact your carrier
We will gladly take steps for replacement or refund
Digital Products & Gift Cards

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped or a digital item has been delivered, it cannot be canceled.
